Standard here means 25 passing yards per point, 4 points per passing touchdown, minus 2 per interception, 1 point per 10 rushing or receiving yards, 6 per rushing or receiving touchdown and minus 2 per fumble lost. Half PPR and PPR add 0.5 or 1 per catch.

This scores one stat line. AVRA reads your league's full scoring settings and rosters once you connect your Sleeper or ESPN league.

How fantasy points are calculated

Most leagues give 1 point per 10 rushing or receiving yards, 6 points per rushing or receiving touchdown, 1 point per 25 passing yards and 4 points per passing touchdown, and take 2 points for an interception or a fumble lost. Reception scoring is where leagues split: standard gives nothing per catch, half PPR gives 0.5 and PPR gives 1. Some leagues add a tight end premium on top.

PPR vs half PPR vs standard

Reception scoring moves receivers and pass-catching backs the most. A running back with 20 carries and no catches scores the same in all three formats, while a slot receiver with 10 catches for 80 yards gains 10 points going from standard to PPR. That gap is why rankings built for one format mislead managers in another.

What is a tight end premium

A tight end premium adds extra points per catch for tight ends only, often 0.5, so a tight end catching 7 passes earns 3.50 more than a receiver with the same line. Leagues use it to make the position more valuable. Set it in the calculator to see how it changes a line.

Scoring settles who to start and what a player is worth. Work out a waiver bid with the free FAAB calculator, or see this week's start/sit rankings by position.

Frequently asked questions

Is the fantasy points calculator free?

Yes. It runs in your browser with no account and no league connection, and it shows standard, half PPR, PPR and your own settings side by side.

How many points is a reception worth in PPR?

One point per catch in full PPR and 0.5 in half PPR. Standard scoring gives no points for a catch, only for the yards and touchdowns that come with it.

Are passing touchdowns worth 4 or 6 points?

Most leagues use 4. Some superflex and quarterback-heavy leagues use 6. Change the passing touchdown value in the calculator to match your league.
